Please read this whole page if you are planning on purchasing a Tutu, or any other item from Heather Lynn’s Treasure Bin!
Terms of Sale Page When your order processes on PayPal,you must add in the “notes” that you have read the terms of sale stated on this page, in doing so you are accepting that you understand and agree to all of the terms stated.
In order to place an order with me, you must email Hope4yourcause@gmail.com- In the subject, please put “Tutu Order”.
You have the option to choose up to 3 colors for a Tutu. It can be her favorite colors, Your favorite sports teams, a Halloween costume!!, really cute themed Tutus ( cartoon characters like Minnie mouse, Disney princesses, summer time themes,etc!)- If you need some inspiration, Google image ” Tutu themes for toddlers”!
Please make sure you leave a very detailed description of your order(s)!
It is important that you read this in full, and please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. All items are made individually and not factory produced, this in turn means that the colors could vary in distribution; in addition lighting used will make a difference in how your tutu may look.
Since our items are custom-made when you purchase, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds, UNLESS I made a mistake! Please make sure you have selected the appropriate sizing when ordering.(Make sure you check out the Sizing chart)
Make sure you have referred to the make times prior to purchasing if you have a deadline and are unsure whether the make and additional ship time, I am more than willing to work with you, to make sure your Princess is happy!
Once I receive your initial email, I will reply with any questions that I may have. I will also repeat your order in detail, to make sure everything is correct. Once the order is confirmed, I will provide you with a price quote. That price quote will not include shipping can let you know when the item would ship. We can not be responsible for items arriving after your need by date if you have not figured in enough make time when ordering.
PayPal is used to process all of the payments; payments through PayPal can be made using an approved PayPal Credit Card, or Debit Card.
I can not start any custom orders until your cleared payment has been received.
The respect of my customer’s privacy and security are extremely important to me, all payments made through our site are 100% secure, and I will NEVER share your personal information with anyone.
PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN CHECKING OUT THAT THE SHIP TO ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders will incur shipping charges based on the size of your order and location. I utilize the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. I’ve researched rates for the best shipping prices, at this time USPS offers the best pricing for the services needed.
The make time does not include ship time.
For regular sized shipments to U.S. locations I use USPS Priority Mail, this is generally a 3-5 business day ship time (this is not a guaranteed service and so occasionally delivery may take longer than 3-5 days). Larger orders of more than 2 tutus, some costume sets and dresses may require shipping via parcel service to your zone. Parcel service can take 7-10 business days once we ship your order.
RUSH ORDERS –
There are options for you to have an item made faster or for faster shipping. U.S. Orders can select Express Shipping, express shipping takes 1-2 business days depending on your location, I can not guarantee express shipping to get to you within one business day.
Once your item has shipped I can not be responsible for the package, I purchase delivery confirmations on all packages to ensure USPS has delivered to your location (I can not offer replacements on packages that show delivered, delayed on route or arrive damaged by no fault of ours). I highly recommend purchasing the insurance on your package in case your package is damaged or any other situations occur on route. Heather’s Treasure can not be responsible for shipping times longer than the stated USPS delivery times, unfortunately occasionally due to holiday rushes, weather conditions and other unexplained reasons their shipping time can take longer, thanks for understanding.
Product Availability & Designs
Please note that all of my designs are one of a kind pieces, even when ordering a specific design the distribution of the tulle colors or ribbons in that design may differ slightly. In addition, I may differ the ribbon bow on any design (it will always match the design) along with flower color or style and distribution of colored sequins.
I can never guarantee an exact color or style of flower or exact ribbons as my stock does change from time to time. If you prefer a certain color for your ribbon bow or other detail please note on your order.
Should we be out of stock for an item you order we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to change your order or prefer to cancel.
You will receive a price quote once you contact me with your order. Typically, a 3 colored Tutu with a Matching Hair Piece is $25-$35 (Depending on the size)
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
When your order processes you must check off that you have read our terms of sale stated UNDER “NOTES” after paying on PayPal!, in doing so you are accepting that you understand and agree to all of our terms stated.
Once an order is placed, you may cancel with a full refund if no work has been completed on the order. Once I start to process your order whether its been cut or in the assembly line you will no longer be eligible for a full refund.
I, Heather Lynn, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. I, Heather Lynn, strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information, however pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed incorrectly, I shall have the right, at my sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Should an order be cancelled due to a deadline I can not meet, item availability or refusal of service, I will send you an email within 48 business hours notifying you of the cancellation and refund any charges.
